Reset counter epson xp 247 without password

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased an Epson XP 247 printer and unfortunately, I forgot the password to reset the counter. I have tried contacting Epson customer support but have not received any helpful solutions. Does anyone here have any experience or advice on how to reset the counter on the Epson XP 247 without the password? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
