Reset counter epson pm240 not working

Hello everyone,

I am facing an issue with my Epson PM240 printer where the reset counter function is not working. I have tried several methods found online to reset the counter, but none of them seem to be working. Has anyone else encountered this problem before? If so, could you please share any solutions or tips to help me resolve this issue? Thank you in advance for your help.
