Reset counter epson me office 700 not working

Hi everyone,

I am having trouble resetting the counter on my Epson ME Office 700 printer. I have followed all the instructions online, but it still doesn't seem to be working. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips on how to successfully reset the counter on this printer model? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
