Epson L385 Service Required

Hi everyone,

I recently encountered an issue with my Epson L385 printer, it keeps displaying the error message Service Required. I have tried troubleshooting it by turning it off and on, checking for any paper jams, and cleaning the printhead, but the error still persists.

I would appreciate any advice or solutions on how to fix this problem. Has anyone else experienced this issue with their Epson L385 printer? Thank you in advance for your help.
