Reset counter epson xp 434 manual

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased an Epson XP 434 printer and I'm having trouble resetting the counter manually. I've tried following the instructions in the manual, but I'm still having issues. Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
