Reset counter epson xp 225 not working

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with resetting the counter on my Epson XP 225 printer. I have followed all the instructions and tried various methods, but it still doesn't work. Has anyone encountered the same issue before or have any suggestions on how to solve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
