Reset Counter Epson PM-A940

I recently encountered an issue with my Epson PM-A940 printer where the counter needs to be reset. I have tried various methods but none of them seem to work. Can anyone please provide me with some guidance on how to reset the counter for my Epson PM-A940 printer? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
