Reset Counter Epson ET-2871

Hi all,

I've been trying to reset the counter on my Epson ET-2871 printer but I'm having some trouble. I've followed some online tutorials but still can't seem to get it to work. Has anyone successfully reset the counter on this model before? If so, could you please share the steps you took? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
