Epson reset

Hello everyone,

I recently purchased an Epson printer and I am having some issues with it. I have heard about the Epson reset tool but I am not sure how to use it or where to download it from. Can anyone here provide me with some guidance on how to reset my Epson printer using the Epson reset tool? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
